Prof. Branimir Nestorović,

Prof. Nestorović is a professor of pediatrics at the Medical faculty in Belgrade, Head of Allergy and Pulmonology Department in University Children’s Hospital, has PhD in Allergology and subspecialty in Pulmonology. Currently, he is a president of the Serbian Allergy and Clinical Immunology Society.
His main interest is asthma, with emphasis on severe non-eosinophilic asthma and personalized asthma treatments. Second filed of interest is chronic lung diseases, bronchiectasis in particular. He introduced a method of induced sputum into clinical practice in Serbia, in children and adults He is author of many books for medical profession – among most cited Pediatric Allergy, Pediatric Pulmonology, Pediatric asthma. He is a member of Serbian Medical Academy and has the highest awards from Serbian Medicam Association.
